From our rural Somerset workshop, we combine contemporary design principles with traditional techniques, shaping pieces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
Our story
Tom Moy’s creative journey began in childhood, nurtured by time spent exploring his grandfather’s workshop and developing a curiosity for how things are made. This passion evolved into a career in industrial design, where Tom honed his skills working with global brands on commercial products and packaging. However, a growing disillusionment with mass production and an increasing awareness of environmental issues inspired him to change course.
Establishing his workshop in 2020, Tom set out to craft objects that reflect his values—pieces made with care, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to sustainability. His work celebrates the unique characteristics of natural materials like UK hardwoods and metals, embracing their imperfections to create designs with depth and soul.

Our Vision
We believe furniture and objects should hold lasting value in peoples lives, both functional and emotional. Our aim is to inspire a deeper connection with the objects that surround us, encouraging a shift away from a culture of overconsumption. Each piece is crafted to stand the test of time, using sustainable materials and thoughtful design to ensure its relevance for generations to come.
Sustainability at our core
A sustainable approach guides every decision we make. From sourcing timber from responsibly managed forests, to maximizing the use of every offcut, we are committed to minimising waste and environmental impact. Our tree-planting initiative helps close the loop, with 10 trees planted for every piece of furniture we create.
